If you have any dissatisfaction related to the product or services provided by Shashi Printing Solution, and would like to request for refund, return or exchange of product, please refers to our returns, refunds and exchanges policies.
Shashi Printing Solution will make every effort to maintain smooth communication flow with our customer to ensure excellent printing quality. However it is the customer’s responsibility to fix any errors found during the process. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the order will be printed as it is or will be canceled even without authorization from the customer.
Please be noticed that we cannot be responsible for certain circumstances which are beyond our control such as but not limited to the following:
Consumer made mistakes e.g. font mis-selection, typo, grammar, spelling errors, poor or low quality and low resolution uploaded images, designs errors, wrong color selections, any errors made by you during the creation of artwork file, mis-selection of size, quantity, product type, specification, finishing options, paper option, cutting option, wrong templates selection, incorrect image orientation and positioning, duplicate orders, incorrect file layout for finishing such as folding, creasing, die or kiss cutting, delivery delays due to error files.
